Excellent take out Chinese cuisine from a local place in a strip mall in ewing NJ. Love the Hong Kong style noodles with chicken, hot and sour soup, general tso's, king pao, steamed dumplings and many other standard take out dishes. The food is always solid. If you are expecting New York or San Francisco Chinatown, then you should reset your expectations as that is not a fair standard to set. The portions are generous and food is tasty. I'm a decade plus customer. Let me tell you, this place blows away many of the strip mall Chinese restaurants I went to in the Bay Area when I lived there recently. Sure, every now and then something could have been off, but the majority of the time, this place delivers. You can dine in, which is fine, but we mostly take it to go. I believe if your order exceeds a certain amount, you can have a free 2L or other item for free. The staff are great. The owners are wonderful and if the lady owner recognizes you as a return customer, she is very welcoming. Four stars is a great rating as I hold a very high standard. I wish they offered pineapple fried rice and onion cakes. But I suppose you can't have it all

Don't get the negative reviews on here, at all. Many are years old, so maybe that's it. We live down the shore, where it is VERY difficult to get decent Chinese food. We ordered from Fu Wah during a visit with my Niece in Lawrenceville. Absolutely everything we ordered was 5-star delicious. I had chicken with broccoli combo w/fried rice & eggroll. It was cooked perfectly, chicken and broccoli were both tender and tasty, just the right amount of sauce. The eggroll was probably the best I've had in 20 years - not greasy and excellent filling. Fried wontons and dumplings were on point, a solid 9 for both. My husband loved his General Tso's and the others enjoyed their food as well. We will absolutely return to this restaurant. Outstanding!

Ordered from here on door dash- it was made and picked up in like ten minutes. Food was great, nice and hot when it got here- large portions. We ordered general tso's bean curd, chicken lo mein, egg roll and a shrimp roll. They adhered to our special order requests, which was awesome. We asked for broccoli on the side instead of in the bean curd, only onions on the chicken lo mein and extra spicey bean curd. We noticed they used more chicken in the lo mein then most places- and it was waaaaay less greasy then other places. Flavor was nice and light- not overpowered with soy. Bean curd was smaller pieces than many other places- fried pretty well done ( which I like ) and wasn't drowning in sauce. And it's the only place that actually made it kinda spicey when asked. Egg rolls and shrimp roll were both greasy- but otherwise good. I'm super pleased with this place and will absolutely be ordering from here again. I finally found our Chinese food spot!

I was looking for a new Chinese restaurant. Where we have been going has clearly lowered their standards. I enjoyed everything that I ordered. The food was fresh, not overcooked, the soup was flavorful, and the Pork Fried rice was fluffy. Service was neat and timely. Great choice for you.

Coming here since I was little. Always been a solid spot for dumplings, fried wontons, lo mein, and combination platters.
